Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns due to sanitary concerns.

Refund Policy:

We only approve refunds if you have received the wrong item or order. Due to sanitary concerns we do not accept refunds on any used items. 

Incorrect order received: If you received an incorrect order, you must contact luxieurlashes@gmail.com with your name, order number and proof of what you received (photos or videos or the products/package).

LuxieurLashes is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you never received the package, you must file a claim with USPS.

Shipping Policy: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping times:

-U.S. Orders: 1-3 business days

-International Orders: 7-14 business days

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at luxieurlashes@gmail.com with your name, order number and subject WRONG ADDRESS, so we can help you faster.

The customer has the opportunity to change the shipping address before the order has been sent out, which means before they receive a shipping confirmation email. Otherwise, there is not further action that can be done to change the shipping address

We do not accept returns due to sanitary concerns.

  • Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled as long as they have not already been shipped.

  • What is the processing time?

The processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare & package your order. It ranges from 1-3 business days.

  • My order says delivered but I haven't received it?
Sometimes USPS shows in their website packages as delivered when they were not. We recommend you to wait at least 2 more business days, if you still not receive it, please file a claim with USPS at their official website.
