All sales are final. We do not accept any returns due to sanitary concerns.
We only approve refunds if you have received the wrong item or order. Due to sanitary concerns we do not accept refunds on any used items.
Incorrect order received: If you received an incorrect order, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and proof of what you received (photos or videos or the products/package).
LuxieurLashes is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you never received the package, you must file a claim with USPS.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

-International Orders: 7-14 business days
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your name, order number and subject WRONG ADDRESS, so we can help you faster.
The customer has the opportunity to change the shipping address before the order has been sent out, which means before they receive a shipping confirmation email. Otherwise, there is not further action that can be done to change the shipping address
